We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our growing team at nova.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering creative marketing campaigns, developing strategies and supporting businesses with their growth.

The Role

• Managing marketing activity across a range of clients
• Developing and delivering marketing strategies and campaigns
• Overseeing social media, content creation and digital marketing
• Building strong client relationships and managing projects
• Working collaboratively with the nova. team and our clients

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years’ experience in marketing
• Creative, organised and confident managing multiple projects
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location & Flexibility

• Office based in Lisburn, with flexible working arrangements
• Approximately 4 days per week
• Must be available to visit clients across Belfast, Dungannon, Banbridge and Newcastle, as required
